The Stadium Farmer’s Market is a BYU-sponsored sustainability event on campus. The market is located in the parking lot of Lavell Edwards Stadium from the end of July through the end of October, rain or shine. The Stadium Farmer’s Market operates on Thursday afternoon and evening. The market requires that all food is locally grown and that at least 50% of the booths offer produce.
